Hello! Have you eaten your
lunch yet? Well, my daddy is the chef for today since my mommy and my young
brothers are not here he decided to cook our lunch, because if it was me
possibly it will be a mess.
Our food for today is the
Sinigang na Tilapia, I was fascinated by the smell while my daddy is cooking
and putting the ingredients. My mommy usually uses the rice water to use as the
broth in a dish and it makes the broth more creamy and tasty so we follow the
same.
At the same time my cousin
and other relative came in the house and we ate lunch together, it’s really
nice if you’re eating with your family and the Sinigang na Tilapia makes you
more closer to each other that kind of feeling. I always want the tail part of
the Tilapia and it is so smooth together with the vegetable. I forgot it is
Sinigang na Tilapia sa kamatis. In cooking you will just need less than 30
minutes ang it’s straight way of cooking where you can include all the
ingredients together without waiting for the other too boil and after you put
it all together, wait for just 5 minutes to soak and its done!
Eating together with
relatives and other companion in life is the best way of eating food and you
will feel all the love and fullness.
