Second time of Kalderetang Kambing

Hey guys! I’m back so have you guys enjoy the first week of 2017? Well as for me I don’t even know how to describe the feeling I mean, somehow it is so difficult because it’s prelims week but to tell you everything can be overcome with my prepared food for you guys. This is a review where I tasted the best Kalderetang Kambing ever it was before the year 2017 welcomes us.

My daddy and his officemates have their own naming of their group not actually a group but they name their peers “Spoiled” they are friends I think more than 10 years until they had a family and grew bonding to each other’s family, every year we are gathering an outing with them bringing us each other’s family. Everything about it is fun and enjoyable because we got to know each other and we widen the relationships we have like we’re all running the same blood. Of course you can’t enjoy the outing without any foods prepared.

Three days after Christmas we gathered we all so excited to see each other again it’s been a quite long time since some of us are all done with college some are already had their job. As we enter the venue we already smelled the Kalderetang Kambing  we waited for one hour again to make it more soft or tender we couldn’t wait anymore, our stomach was already excited!


After one hour, finally we got to taste the best Kalderetang Kambing that was my second time of eating Kambing (Goat) you know how was it actually taste? As you put it on your mouth “ohhhh” the tenderness that was the best than the first time of my Kalderetang Kambing, Kaldereta is actually a prepared food in an event or something to celebrate but usually it’s a pork, Kambing is unordinary. I really love it <3

I’m so sorry I didn’t got the chance to take photo of the Kalderetang Kambing as I was so excited. Anyways, hope you enjoyed my blog for today.
