Hi guys! 안녕하세요! It's been a week
since I updated my blog it was a long busy week, finally it's sunday and I'm
here to serve you foods again if you find it boring then please just read. Haha
I've got something special today not from my mom's not a Filipino food too this
time. Please find out and notice it from my greetings isn't it obvious? It's a character
which is a Korean hangul that's how you call their characters and the way they
write. This is about my experience only so I don’t include ingredients.
Since I'm a big fan of K-POP not just the music but as
well as their dramas I started two years ago, well I can't believe it though it
was a long story, I can't believe the fact that I've got hitched feeling like. Since
I liked Korean I’ve also got attracted to their culture and it’s really
amazing. Gonna tell you about my experience eating their most popular dish
which is the Samgyeopsal! It’s an evening dish by the way, but we ate it at lunch
time. Me and my two friends just planned to eat at a Korean restaurant since
the three of us are a K-POP fan so we give it a try
Around 1:00 PM we ordered the food the funny thing was
the pork belly was already served and we don’t know how to cut it so we call
the waitress let her cut and cook the pork belly. When you’re eating Korean
food they are more on vegetables that’s why I find their body, body goals it’s
not too thin but just average. It was like everything they eat has a measurement anyways, let’s go through my experience eating Samgyeopsal, well
first we place the lettuce on our hand and add the pork belly with the cooked garlic
and onion and add some hot paste then fold the lettuce and yep, eat it. It was
really delicious all I can say, it’s all cool and everything I feel the hotness
yet so healthy.
I find it hard to swallow at first because it’s too big
and I got braces I was afraid to chew it, anyways everyone should try the
Samgyeopsal because of its smell the feeling that you’re eating vegetables and
try it every day you will have a good diet. My insight of this is it was like
DIY process you will decide on your own how will you cook and eat it, but in
our case we don’t know how because it was our first time so we let them help
us.
It was a good experience you’ll be full even though you
think it was just so little. Here are the links for the pictures, credits to
them. Thank you!
